US-based lemon oil processing company Citromax Group has acquired Medallion Fragrance as part of its expansion in the fragrance sector.
Following the acquisition, the business will operate under Avoke House of Fragrance, Citromax Group’s dedicated fragrance platform focused on fragrance development and applications.
The company stated that the move is intended to strengthen its capabilities in fragrance creation, evaluation, and application testing while expanding its presence across the fragrance value chain.

New Fragrance Innovation Centre Launched
Alongside the acquisition, Avoke has officially opened its new Fragrance Innovation Centre featuring:
- Laboratory facilities
- Sensory evaluation capabilities
- Creative development spaces
- Fragrance application testing infrastructure
According to the company, the centre is designed to support collaborative fragrance innovation and strengthen technical development capabilities for customer-focused fragrance solutions.
Citromax added that the facility will support evolving market requirements through enhanced formulation development and evaluation processes.
