Lung Fung has launched a festive season offer immediately after its India-market entry

The Lung Fung Group, a leading global distributor and retailer of beauty, healthcare and pharma products, has launched its international range of cosmetic products in India. The launch took place with the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between the group and BFMe.in For India, which is a part of BFMe International, Hong Kong, an established cross-border eCommerce platform.

The MoU was signed in an exclusive video linking function held at one of the primary retail outlets of DTDC Retail Ltd (DRL), a part of DTDC Express Ltd, on the occasion of the launch of the Lung Fung Mall in Hong Kong on October 9. DTDC Retail is BFMe.in’s strategic distribution partner in the country. With this MoU, Lung Fung will expand its cross-border distribution into India, by capitalizing on the expertise of BFMe.in, which is already a recognized cross-border eCommerce player in the country.

Exclusive agreement to sell 10,000 global products

BFMe.in has plans to sell about 10,000 international cosmetic products under its exclusive licensing agreement with Lung Fung. As part of the launch activities, the BFMe.in website is offering a special 20 per cent launch discount to consumers, who could avail of this discount by using the coupon code LF20.

The exclusive tie-up will allow Indian cosmetic consumers to buy online, offerings of a number of the world’s leading brands in the sector, at an attractive price, thanks to Lung Fung’s exclusive distribution rights with these brands. The product categories covered include lotions and creams, masks, bath and body care, oral care products, oils and serums, hair care, make-up sets, shaving creams and lotions, among others

Consumers will also get benefits with the involvement of DRL, that will leverage the logistics strength of its parent company, DTDC Express, which claims to have a network of more than 10,000 delivery locations, and being in the sector close to three decades. BFMe.in’s tie-up with DRL allows it to offer warehousing services across India for the international brands. Also, it will offer faster shipping free of charge to consumers, as well as streamlined imports for global cosmetic product brands.

This association with BFMe.in and DRL is expected to give Lung Fung an effective launch pad in the already competitive and cluttered Indian body care and beauty product market.

BFMe and DRL intend to combine their respective strengths to ensure a world of convenience to consumers by offering a wide range of services to their buying process, making it simpler and quicker. The joint services will focus on a seven-day delivery service with DTDC Tracking, and a vast collection of products from global brands, shipped from the logistics companies 11000+ service locations.
